What reviewers taught the system, from the Outlook add-in and the web UI. Active items are added to future prompts: lessons and approved examples to the reply prompt, category corrections to the classification prompt. “Similar emails” items are only used when a new email resembles the original one. Deactivate anything that turns out to be wrong.
